Folios 157-160: Robert Rolles, HMS Lion, Downs. Regarding a William Landsburgh serving in Lion, who was received in a draft from HMS Zealand in March 1806 and according to the list which accompanied them, he appears to be a volunteer who has accordingly received the bounty; also a letter from Landsburgh to the Admiralty dated Dec 31 1807seeking a discharge, stating that he was impressed though just a gentleman's servant from London with no experience of serving at sea, but admitting that he has sailed to China and back on Lion.
