Court and Date of Trial: Devon Quarter Sessions, October 1847.
Crime: Assault upon Thomas Cleeve of Silverton, farmer, together with Sarah Lane, Jane Hollett and Thomas Lane.
Initial sentence: Eight months imprisonment.
Outcome: Free pardon, 17 February 1848.
