The Go Directgov national TV and radio advertising campaign was launched on 4 January 2010 featuring a number of celebrities, to show the wide range of services that members of the public could access via the Directgov website. The campaign featured people wondering about things including car tax, pensions, tax credits and a new job and in each case a celebrity appeared advising 'I'd go directgov'. The TV campaign ran for a month.
