Folio 107-108: John Cements, Dartmouth. The Cutter Prince of Orange, William Evans, Master, has arrived from Gravesend with a clearance for Gibraltar and intending to call on the coast of Poitou, and is in need of repair, has two passengers on board, Le Chevalier de Santiago and Le Baron de Feriet, in possession of a letter dated 12 October from Mr Barrow to Rear Admiral D'Auvergne indicating the importance of their journey.
