Description

Folios 289-294: Investigation of flora of German East Africa: Submits views as invited by the War Trade Intelligence Department; considers proposed survey unnecessary on scientific grounds, as German Government has already made a thorough investigation, and inadvisable for political reasons, as the territory is not yet recognised as belonging to Great Britain in perpetuity.
