Description

Folios 159-164: Parcel Post and Money Order services to British prisoners of war in German East Africa: Submits for observations copy letter to Admiralty regarding the suspension of transmission of correspondence and money orders until after the war; letters to continue to be forwarded to said prisoners via the Colonial Office; draft notice for release to Press.
