Folios 287-288. The petition of Henry Serle concerning Little Lincolns Inn Field, Middlesex, purchased from the executors of Sir John Berkenhead. Developments of chambers there, for the benefit of the Society [of Lincolns Inn], are being frustrated [?by legal objections], and he requests a noli prosequi. Endorsed, by the Earl of Sunderland, with a referral to the Justices. Folio 288. The report of Lord Chief Justice Thomas Jones, Mr Justice J Charlton, and Mr Baron [Robert] White, in favour of the petitioner.
