Petition for new letters patent to be granted for holding a market three days a week for hay and straw on ground known as Old Soho belonging to the petitioner in place of the letters patent recently granted for the same market to be held in the Hay Market. [At the side] Reference to the Lord Chancellor. Signed by Lord Sunderland. On the back. Report by Lord Chancellor Jeffreys recommending that the petition be granted.
