Folio 155. Certificate by the Hon[ourable] Ellis, curate of St James's Westminster, that Henry Ball died in that parish and was carried away for interment 5 February last. At the foot in Latin: Entered in the office of the Auditor of Receipts for the Exchequer 16 December 1687 Entered in the office of the Clerk of the Pells.Ball, Windsor Herald, by Letters patent dated 13 March 1686 to commence from Michaelmas 1685. Dorothy Ball relict and executrix.
