Re the Discovery and Detention of the offenders mentioned. [Verso] From C Yorke, Whitehall. To Admiralty. Dated 20 March 1804. Information from this country going to the Enemy by smugglers and other craft under neutral colours. Request orders be given for Cruisers on the Coast of Holland and Flanders to stop and strictly search all suspicious craft. PS enclosing copies of letters with details of craft.
