Folios 215-216: From Bartholomew Samuel Rowley, HMS Zealand, Nore, to John Henry Cartier, HMS Broederschap. Covering letter for the enclosed from Mr Secretary Yorke with an enclosure. Re the Discovery and Detention of the offenders mentioned. [Verso] From C Yorke, Whitehall. To Admiralty. Dated 20 March 1804. Information from this country going to the Enemy by smugglers and other craft under neutral colours. Request orders be given for Cruisers on the Coast of Holland and Flanders to stop and strictly search all suspicious craft. PS enclosing copies of letters with details of craft. [Details of several craft]. Dated 16 March 1804. From B S [Bartholomew Samuel] Rowley. [Last item on Verso 216] From John Henry Cartier. Note on the foregoing order by John Henry Cartier.
