Description

Folios 202-224: Sale of ex-enemy properties: Agrees to proposal to adopt a deferred payments system; points out that it will be necessary to retain Department of Custodian of Enemy Property for 5 years to prevent defaults; requests that auctioneers' agents in London be notified of revised terms and a reply by telegraph desirable.
