Folios 184-185: Lease of plantation of the 'Ostafrikanische Pflanzungsgesellschaft': Advises of its temporary lease to an Italian, Molinari; due to delayed re-planting of the estate, on expiry of the lease in November 1919, plantation was leased by Custodian of Enemy Property to a Greek and Indian jointly.
