Folios 619-620: Robert Cuthbert, Sea Fencibles, Hull. Explains that he detained Lieutenant Fletcher Norton Clarke because his presence was necessary to pay the Sea Fencibles, and because he believed the appointment to Dublin may have been a mistake, as Lt Clarke had only been sent to him by Captain John Bazeley from an adjoining district under an Admiralty order.
