Description

Folios 617-618: Robert Cuthbert, Sea Fencibles, Hull. As Lieutenant Fletcher Norton Clarke has been ordered to join the Sea Fencilbles at Dublin under the command of Vice Admiral James Hawkins Whitshed, asks for another officer to be appointed to replace him.
