Folios 613-614: Robert Cuthbert, Sea Fencibles, Hull. Reports that the flags and staves as well as the guns and stores for fitting out defence vessels have now arrived. The powder is in half barrels, but there is no suitable place in the Hull Garrison for this to be stored and the vessels have no [powder] magazines. Asks to be supplied with 20 bridge barrels.
