Folios 606-607: Robert Cuthbert, Sea Fencibles, Hull. Reports that the owners of two of the ballast lighters being fitted out for carronades report they have been damaged in the recent gales because the vessels had been laid at the mouth of the harbour. The owners want the government to make good the damage. He has inquired with Mr Gleadow, who fitted them out, who said the damage could not have been avoided. The Friends' Goodwill had her boat stove to pieces. Asks for directions.

Folio 610: enclosed with folios 606-607. Captain Robert Cuthbert, Sea Fencibles, Hull. Weekly report dated 12 January 1804 of the names of men enrolled for the Sea Fencibles for the district between the River Ouse and the Humber with a note of their qualifications and district.
