Description

Folios 575-576: William Champain, HMS Jason, Woolwich. As his ship has now had her forecastle modified to allow for bow chasers, asks to be supplied with the guns.

Folio 576A: enclosed with folios 575-576. Small card marked in pencil"G57 Mr Mends 15 February 1816."
