Folios 566-567: John Culverhouse, Regulating Captain, Liverpool. Encloses the letter he has received from the Navy Commissioners about travelling expenses, and asks that they be ordered to pay the expenses of Lieutenant Edward Ottley outlined in the enclosed letter [no longer present}.
Folios 568-569: enclosed in folios 566-567. Letter from the Commissioners of the Navy to Captain John Culverhouse dated 28 November 1804. They cannot allow the charge of £7 2s made by Lieutenant Edward Ottley for travel to Parkgate, Cheshire, to apprehend two deserters.
