Folios 210-211: John Culverhouse, Regulating Captain, Liverpool. Replies to the letter of 20 March concerning David Row, said to be the Mate of the brig Jervis. As explained in his letter of 10 March, Row was impressed on 9 February from a vessel in dock with no cargo aboard and could produce no documents. The Collector of Customs tells him that the Jervis ws empty when she arrived on 9 February and sailed later the same month for London with a cargo of salt.
