Unpublished reports of the Psychology Division. The work undertaken by the division was the study of work behaviour and the application of psychology theories and practices to a workplace setting. Psychology issues related to unemployment, disability and disadvantage, human factors in usability and accessibility of information technology; the work is applied to both customers and staff. They also have input to The Journal Occupational Psychology, Disability and Employment.

The Psychology Division was first established in 1992 within the Executive Services Agency, although it first existed as a branch within the Manpower Services Commission (the position of Chief Psychologist was first recorded in the Civil Service Year Book in 1981).
It was variously named as: Psychological Services Branch (The Training Agency, 1988-1991);Occupational Psychology Division (Executive Services Agency, 1992-2001, Department for Work and Pensions, 2001-2005, 2008- );Occupational Psychological Division (Department for Work and Pensions, 2005-2007).
The Division is currently part of Jobcentre Plus.
