Folios 627-628: John Cooke, Sheerness commandingh flotilla , River Medway. Enclosing the state and condition of the flotillas fitted in the River Medway with the plan intended to be adopted to man them from the respective dock yards and sea fencibles. The arrangements were started by Commissioner Coffin and matured by Captain Bullen leaving Cooke little more to do.
Folio 629: enclosure with folios 628-629. State and condition of the lighters and lauches as well as the number os men to be employed in them at Sheerness dated 24 May 1804.
Folio 630: Enclosure with folios 628-629. State and condition of the lighters & launches as well as the number of men in them at Chatham dated 24 May 1804.
