Folios 581-582: Edward Henry Columbine, HMS Ulysses, Spithead. He is asking for advise about the man brought home Green or John Williams, a deserter from HMS Madras under Captain John Dilkes. After his desertion, he commanded a Spanish privateer out of the [Bonoque?]. He was apprehended by General Hislop. He has also a number of depositions taken before a judge in Trinidad relative to the subject. Also reporting on the Heathcat, one of the convoy left with him by Captain Brown, who quitted the convoy on 3 August without permission.
