Folio 519: Samuel Colquitt, HMS Princess, Liverpool. Regarding the request for the discharge of Alexander Tod, from Leigh & Mason, he states that Todd appears on his book as a volunteer.
Folios 520-521: enclosure with folio 519. Letter dated 24 November 1804 by Leigh and Mason, New Bridge Street. Enclosing a letter for the Admiralty which they want forwarded to the Admiralty.
Folios 522-523: enclosure with folio 519. Letter dated 24 November 1804 by Leigh and Mason, New Bridge Street. Concerning Alexander Tod, an apprentice to George Beveridge of Kirkaldy in Scotland, Ship Owner, and serving on board the brig Elizabeth of Kirkaldy, master David Clipham, who is now on HMS Princess. Proper applications for his discharge have been made but needs Admiralty concent and the return of any bounty Tod received.
