Description

Folio 494: Samuel Colquitt, HMS Princess, Liverpool. After the request from Joseph Twentyman to release his apprentice Thomas Potts, he has ordered his discharge.

Folios 495-496: enclosure with folio 494. Petition dated 18 September 1806 of Joseph Twentyman of Maryport in Cumberland, mariner, master and partowner of the Brigantine Perseverance for the release of Thomas Potts who was impressed on 5 September. Signed by John Thursby, Willison Othe, Humith Nelson, John Gillespey, John Twentyman, William Bell, and Harrison Bell.
