Folios 263-264: James Colnett, HMS Glatton, Frith of the Forth. Reporting that the Osnaburgh Revenue vessel has arrived and he intends to send her to Long Hope Sound to prepare the convoy assembling for the Baltic. The convoy can leave once Captain Langford in HM hired armed brig Leith and HMS Osnaburgh are ready.
