Folios 251-252: George Ralph Collier, Liverpool. As he is recovering from the a broken thigh bone, he requests that his appointment to HMS Leander be annuled until the Spring of the next year or until he is strong enoough to encounter any climate. He plans to go to America for the winter and requests that he retains his present command in the Sea Fensibles.
