Folios 245-246: Valentine Collard, HMS Railleur, Long Reach. Following appeal from master of American ship Tippoo Saib that his crew is in a mutinous state, some of whom including Christopher Korne and Lawrence Nicholas claimed to be English, he took out Charles William Denison (who has since entered) and Christopher Korner (calling himsel a Dane although he entered on board the American ship at Copenhgen as a Swede), the two most troublesome. He asks to keep Christopher Korne and Lawrence Nicholas in spite of them calling themselves foreigners.
