Description

Folios 35-36: Charles Cobb, Yarmouth. Following Lieutenant William Richard Bamber's appointment to HMS Saint Albans, he records his previous service including the recapture of a corn vessel taken by the enemy, commanding a brig in the last war, being at the capture of the [Heloer?] and seeing action at Copenhagen.
