Folios 221-222: William Charleton, Regulating Captain, North Shields. Response to request to state the case of William Morris, who was impressed at North Shields on 14 June 1804 and whose discharge has been applied for by William Thompson. He was impressed as he was out of his apprenticeship and found fit for the Navy by the surgeon.
Folios 223-224: enclsoure with folios 221-222. Letter dated 26 June 1804 by William Thompson, Owner of the Ann Collier of Shields. Petition for the release of William Morris who was impressed 11 days ago and put on HMS Eliza at Shields. Offers an able bodied seaman in return for his discharge.
