Folios 196-197: William Charleton, Regulating Captain, North Shields. Response to a request to state the case of Michael Jessenko, who was impressed at Shields on 28 May 1804 and detained as he was a native of Guernsey. Confirms he has ordered him to be discharged as per Order.
