Description

Folios 196-197: William Charleton, Regulating Captain, North Shields. Response to a request to state the case of Michael Jessenko, who was impressed at Shields on 28 May 1804 and detained as he was a native of Guernsey. Confirms he has ordered him to be discharged as per Order.

Folios 198-199: enclosure with folios 196-197. Letter dated 12 June 1804 by Count Starhembert, Portland Place, . Encloses a petition for the discharge of Michel Jessenko, an Austrian subject was impressed at Shields.

Folios 200-201: enclosure with folios 196-197. Petition dated 8 June 1804 for the discharge of Michel Jessenko, an Austrian subject, who was impressed in Shields. The first half is written in German, the second is in Italian.
