Folios 193-194: enclosure with folios 191-192. Letter dated 7 June 1804 by Charles J Brandling, Scarborough. Encloses an application from Mr Hood, a Magistrate of Newcastle to replace Thomas Miller, a bound skipper, who was impressed with a replacement to facilitate his release from service.
