Description

Folios 182-183:William Charleton, Regulating Captain, North Shields. Response to a request to state the case of John Robson, who was impressed at Shields on 27 April 1804 and whose discharge has been applied for by William Coats. States his name was not specified against wages in the Ship's Articles.

Folios 184-185: enclosure with folios 182-183. William Coats, Master of the Warworth of Sunderland. Encloses a petition requesting the release of John Robson, who was impressed and is now on board HMS Atlas.

Folio 186: enclosure with folios 182-183. Petition by William Coates, Master of the Warworth of Sunderland, requesting the discharge of John Robson, who is his Chief Mate. Sworn 4 April 1804 in front of George Robinson, Justice of the Peace.
