Folios 110-111: William Charleton, Regulating Captain, North Shields. Encloses a Protection Certificate for James Atkinson, who he has impressed. The certificate is shortly to expire and he also questions its irregularity.
Folios 112-113: enclosure with folios 110-111. Protection Certificate for James Atkinson, apprenticing him for three years from 15 May 1801 and dated 27 May 1801.
