Description

Folios 75-76: William Charleton, Regulating Captain. North Shields. Encloses eight tickets for men belonging to the Sea Fencibles. These men are Edward English, Daniel Josslyn, John Wadling, James Rutter, Charles Green, Adam Parkell, James Jermans and Charles Claud. He has detained them as he considers them Seamen who do not appear to be exempt from serving in the Navy and will await their direction.
