Folios 482-483:William Charleton, Regulating Officer, North Shields. Samuel Scraborough was impressed at Sheilds on 26 January because he did not have any documents to prove he should not be.
Folios 484-485: enclosure with folios 482-483. Petition dated 21 February 1804 by Thomas White, Master of the Flora of Bridlington. He asks for the release of Samuel Scarborough, impressed from the Flora even though he is Chief Mate. He is exempt because the Flora is 50 tons not 100.
