Folios 467-468: William Charleton, Regulating Officer, North Shields. W. Alderson quotes the Act of 6th and 7th William 318 was deemed no longer in force by the King's Bench 13 June 1798. William Willis was impressed at Shields on January 20th as he had no money against his name. William Mitchell was impressed at Shileds as he had no money against his name. John Harvison was impressed at Sunderland when he was not employed on ship's business.

Asks for the release of the following men under the Act made in the 6th and 7th year of William III. William Willis, Mate the Nancy, Master James Rowley.
