Folios 455-456: William Charleton, Regulating Officer, North Shields. Samuel Richardson was impressed at Shields on 17 January as he had no money recorded against his name in his Articles so could be detained according to Sir Evan Nepean's letter of December 28th 1803.
Folios 457-458: enclosure with folios 455-456. Letter dated 5 February 1804 by Thomas Blenkinson. Samuel Richardson is Master of the Langley, Sunderland, employed in the coal trade, and was impressed on January 17th and is now on HMS Ceres at Nore. He should be discharged.
