Folios 451-452: William Charleton, Regulating Officer, North Shields. Robert Edgley was impressed at a Newcastle house of ill repute at midnight on 25 August 1803. He did not produce proof of his standing for the militia, if he had he would not have been detained.
Folios 453-454: enclosure with folios 451-452. Letter dated 14 February 1804 by Francis Engleheart, Tower Dock. Robert Edgeley, Shipwright is now on board the Zealand at Nore. He has never been to sea and should be released.
