Folios 443-444:William Charleton, Regulating Officer, North Shields. Is sending an affadavit about Ralph Elliott about his discharge.
Folios 445-446: enclosure with folios 443-444. Affadavit dated 3 February 1804 by Edward Craswell, Hatter, Hexham. Ralph Elliott is his apprentice and he absconded to join the Navy. He has never been at sea before.
