Folio 548: Rear Admiral Barthomomew Samuel Rowley, HMS Zealand, the Nore. The Prussian Consul has applied for the discharge of Henry Presentien as he is a subject of Prussia. Asks Captain Cockburn for a report on his case, and to discharge him if indeed he is a Prussian subject, not married or settled in England, and has not received bounty money.
Folio 549: Captain George Cockburn, HMS Phaeton. Henrey Presentien is a Prussian subject and has produced the enclosed certificate [no longer present]. He will be discharged at the first opportunity.
Folios 550-551: Petition by John Slater, Master of the Bird. Regarding the impressment of John Henderson.
Folio 552: Undated letter by George Cockburn, stating that John Henderson was pressed in Yarmouth Roads and sent on board HMS Phaeton.
