Description

Folios 76-79: Assistant Traffic Superintendents on the railways in German East Africa: submits the names of Mr W E Lewis, Senior Traffic Assistant, Gold Coast railway and Mr J Powter, Assistant Traffic Superintendent, Nigerian railway, for the appointments in question [folio 76 is a divider sheet].
