Administrative / biographical background

The Energy Research Partnership (ERP) was established by the Government in 2005 to bring together public and private funders of energy research to enhance opportunities for collaboration and identify shared priorities for research. The ERP does not fund research and innovation directly, but acts as a reasearch forum for Government, industry, and academia.
