Description

Second Army monochrome panoramic photograph depicting Hill 63, north west of Ploegsteert, taken on 9 August 1917. Consisting of 11 photographs to form the panorama but some sections have become detacthed.

Second Army Panorama Number: P. 123. Taken from O.P. U. 13C.72.44, Sheet 28.

The following locations and features are annotated onto the panorama from left to right:

  • Tenbrielen Church.
  • Gheluwe Church.
  • Wervicq Churches.
  • Comines Churches.
  • Hill of Paul Bucq.
  • Linselles.
  • Tourcoing Roubaix.
