Folios 501-506: Foreign consular representation in German East Africa: transmits copy of a letter from the British Charge d'Affaires, Paris, stating that the French government are keen on obtaining the views of the British government on the question and proposes to reply that they see no objection to the admission of foreign consular officials to former enemy territory occupied by British forces.
