Description

Folios 384-386: Disposal of the effects of deceased prisoners of war: suggests that all the effects in the hands of the Custodian of Enemy Property, Dar-es-Salaam, should be forwarded to the Bureau for transmission to the German government through the usual channels and for this procedure to be followed particularly in the case of Julius Barthels.
