Folios 107-110: Status of natives of Alsace Lorraine: transmits copy of a note from the French ambassador requesting preferential treatment and in particular to Monsieur Joseph Boehrer, and suggests that desired facilities should be accorded to all such natives and to Monsieur Boehrer, if there is nothing against him personally, and requests information as to action taken.
