Folios 21-26: S S Lord Milner: states that there is no objection for this vessel to be registered in their name but points out that it would become subject to the Order-in-Council dated 22 March 1911 and suggests that the Colonial Office should take steps to obtain an Order-in-Council on similar lines enabling them to register government ships in colonial service.
