Folios 13-14: H M S Fifi: requests that the Administratror may be urged to hasten arrangements for taking over and that the terms of employment for the crew should be settled and communicated to the Senior Naval Officer, Tanganyika, who may then be in position to obtain a crew thus releasing the naval personnel who are urgently required in England.
