Folios 546-549: Disposal of the German community: states that due to the arrival of the hot season it is desirable that on the grounds of health, women and children be transferred from the coast to the interior, if removal to South Africa is not yet approved, but if removal scheme is likely to fall through it is advisable for Germans to plant their crops.
