Folios 540-545: Suplies from Rhodesia: quotes a telegram from the Resident Commissioner Salisbury stating that he does not anticipates difficulties in the local provision of haulage up to 3000 cattle per month and proposes that the arrangement for that amount should stand only for January and February after which the situation would be reviewed.
